Seagull Beach Guest House, Unique Lake Michigan Cottage on private beach

The whimsical little cottage has a spectacular view of the private beach, the woods and sunrises. Starting right at your front door are scenic cycling trails along Lake Michigan, the State Park and the Wisconsin countryside. Just minutes away are several world-class championship golf courses, charter fishing boats and Road America.

The cottage has a quiet, peaceful setting on three acres of woods and a private beach. The only neighbors that are close by are the owners of the cottage, which gives it great appeal for those who value both service and their privacy. The main house and the cottage share a driveway. Your privacy is assured.

The cottage is ideal for two people. When there is a full moon, it is breathtaking and you will have a front row seat. Your balcony also provides magnificent sunrises.

We have had consistent 5 star ratings for many years. You may view them below.
Accommodations include a living room with sliding doors that lead to a balcony deck, fireplace, sofa sleeper, and stained glass windows. The large bedroom is air-conditioned and has two queen beds with premier mattresses and beautiful linens, down comforters, and quilts. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. There are three decks and a gas grill. Washer, dryer, TV and complimentary WIFI also included.

The beach is a private, sandy area that is perfect for stand-up paddle boarding, flying kites, kayaking, swimming and riding the waves on a boogie board. You can build sand castles, have a beach bonfire under the stars or hike down the beach to the State Park. You can stroll the beach , enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace, watch a magnificent sunrise, collect your thoughts and just RELAX!

Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, kites, beach chairs and firewood are all provided!

My partner and I stayed at Seagull Beach for our anniversary weekend and it was absolutely lovely! The house was cozy, comfy, and so charming! We were there in November and were lucky enough to have the perfect weather for many long walks on the beach, crafting on the porch and in front of a fire, and baking cookies.Communications and logistics with Marcy could not have been easier. She is warm and welcoming (as are her pups!) and was the perfect balance of hostess and neighbor.We are excited to stay here again soon!

Charming beach house provided the perfect setting for a wonderful, relaxing getaway. You won't want to miss the spectacular sunrises!! We grabbed our coffee & watched it both mornings from their lawnchairs located on the sandy beach. Absolutely breathtaking!! There are miles & miles of sandy beach to take in all the beauty. Marcy is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back so we can enjoy this little slice of heaven!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The host, Marcy, was so kind and thoughtful. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was able to show us around. She even left us some welcome goodies on the counter for when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for the area. When we left, Marcy also came out to tell us goodbye and thank you and have us a little parting gift as well. This was our first time using VRBO, so we didnt really know what to expect. I've never met a more friendly, nicer person! The actual place we stayed in was awesome too- so warm and cozy with such a great view of Lake Michigan and it was so wonderfully decorated! We were only 10-15 minutes away from a lot of great shopping, coffee, food, you name it! Would give more than five stars if I could!

Week in paradise

Stayed the first half of the week with my sister and the second half of the week with my husband. Beautiful views, Long beaches to walk, clean and comfortable. The place is decorated so cute and cozy. Anything that you may need or want has already been thought of and is there for you. Restaurants that deliver or restaurants nearby to visit.
