This riverfront loft truly offers the best combination of views and location in Sheboygan. Situated right on the boardwalk over the river where the river meets the lake. Boutique shops, highly rated restaurants, spas, and Charter fishing are all right there to enjoy.

- Peaceful & private: located above a business so after hours you will have peace & privacy with no other residential properties on this side of the river.

Interior details:

Access via indoor carpeted & well-light staircase. *Loft is not handicap accessible.

Kitchen:
- fully equipped w/dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, pots & pans, utensils, blender, can openers, measuring cups & bows, crock pot, etc. You won't want to cook with all the great restaurants in the area, but if you choose to, we have everything you need!
- dual brew Keurig (takes K-cups or 12 cup pot). We provide assorted K-cups, 12-cup filters, sugar, creamer, coffee syrups, assorted teas
- island with seating for 3

Living room:
- queen sleeper sofa, leather swivel chairs & ottomans, electric fireplace w/heat option, 65 in flat screen TV
- credenza/sideboard storage with games, puzzles, cards, coloring books & crayons as well as extra pillows & linens for the pull-out sofa
- "kids nook" behind the kitchen has a queen floor bed, nightstand, and 32 in TV
- additional living space w/12 ft shuffleboard & queen bed for additional sleeping accommodations

Game areas; There is a 12 ft shuffleboard in the living area. We also have many board games, poker set, cards, puzzles, coloring books, and crayons.

Dining area:
- seating for 6

- Huge bedroom w/king bed, sofa w/ottoman, electric fireplace, 75 in TV

Bathroom:
- 36 in shower stall with stationary & wand shower heads
- towels, toilet paper, and toiletries provided
- shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided
- washer & dryer included w/laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets provided

Additional Details:
- We provide all basic essentials - all linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, kitchenware, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We also have other complimentary toiletries (toothbrushes, mouthwash, hair spray, face wash, etc).
- Leave the cleaning to us! All that we ask is that the dishwasher is loaded and started and trash is bagged up. This is your vacation time and we understand that you want to make the most of it without having to feel like the hired help.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s spacious, bright, and has great views. It’s near local attractions and we were able to walk to the downtown area, so it is super convenient for restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The host was friendly and prompt with communication and check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay again!

The checkin process was easy, it was super clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location was absolutely amazing! We took evening strolls along the lake and we're close enough that we could have walked to almost anything we needed. We woke up and had coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise. This is the kind of vacation rental that you want to come back to again and again. The location is great and the listing photos do not lie. The kitchen might be better equipped than our own kitchen. Erin answered our one pre-trip question quickly and got in touch the day of the rental to say it was ready for an early check-in.

100% location with the property being in the center of shopping, restaurants, salon & spas. Charter fishing right down the river. The east facing views & deck allow you to capture the sunrise and the lamp post lights along the river glistening on the water at night are gorgeous. In season, it is fun to watch the boats coming and going. Nighttime feels private as the surrounding businesses close up shop for the evening.
