This is a beautiful oceanfront home located on the fourth floor. Watch the beautiful moon setting over the ocean from your private balcony, and in the morning while you are enjoying that cup of coffee or juice, you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or the rare sea turtles nesting. Turtle Dunes is located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with 24-hour security in a private gated community. You'll have a bed and TVs in the living area and bedroom, along with an oceanfront private balcony. This home has many upgrades that include granite countertops and beautiful floors. There is a tub/shower and comfy furniture to sit and relax on, with enough seating for guests to enjoy during dinner and a movie. Come make some memories in this beautiful oceanfront condo.

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community
There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open.
