Villa Aguamarina 23B is a cozy semi-detached 80m² house with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with an en suite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds and a shower room, washbasin and w, c., Fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with very bright, laundry with washing machine and clothesline, parking and private heated pool, comfortable large wooden roofed terrace overlooking the pool, garden and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, possibility of wi-fi connection (consult additional cost) work barbecue , solarium with sun loungers and umbrella. All this within a plot of 500 m2 fully enclosed with private garden both at the entrance by the garage and in front of the terrace and pool, located 200 meters south of Montaña Roja and 200 meters from the sea within Urbanization 'Villas Burgado 'with a lot of privacy in the southernmost area of Lanzarote called Playa Blanca near the Pechiguera Lighthouse. 3 km. of finds the leisure zone and the Port from where boats leave every hour to the Port of Corralejo in Fuerteventura or to make marine, underwater or diving excursions. 7 km away is the Marina Rubicon Marina with numerous shops and small bars / restaurants or make sea excursions or play numerous leisure games in the mall.

An excellent, quiet and well positioned villa for a relaxing holiday. Everything catered for, easy reach of local bars, restaurants and coastal walks. Lovely villa, great pool. Had a wonderful 11 days here. Well situated in a quiet area, some shops and restaurants within 10 mins walking distance, but we also hired a car which meant we were also able to go further afield. Vicente was a communicative and friendly host.

Fabulous villa in lovely quiet location close to Faro Park restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and was a really comfortable place to stay. It was very clean and well cared for. Pool is a great size and is heated which is a bonus. We’ve rented villas in Lanzarote for almost 10 years and this is definitely one we will return to. We had a fab holiday, thank you Vincente.

Lovely location in a peaceful neighbourhood for totally relaxing stay. Plenty of space for a two bed villa with a lovely pool and excellent views. Villa well equiped with kitchen utencils, washing machine and cooking facilities. Comfy beds and plenty of storage, great to have two bathrooms. Nice villa in quiet area close to Playa Blanca

A very nice villa located in a quiet area just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The pool is warm and of a good size. The villa is clean and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The host Vincente is very friendly and locally based which is always a bonus should any problems occur.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet area with bars and restaurants within a short 5-10 minute walk. Local bus service (30) runs frequently into player blanca €1.40 ew. The owner is on hand if problems arise and responds promptly. Will definitely be staying again.

Family Holiday
