2. Proximity to Downtown & Intown amenities: Reynoldstown is very close to downtown, Inman Park, Cabbagetown, Edgewood, and other desirable Atlanta neighborhoods. This means easier commutes, more dining/entertainment options, and good access to cultural venues. Strong community & neighborhood identity
