The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It was a very cool house that is well furnished and surprisingly comfortable. Bonus is that it is very close to all Wimberly Square hotspots, perfect location! We would definitely return.

Great house. Walking distance to the square for dinner & shopping. House was clean, and hot tub would’ve been great if cooler outside. Deer and fawns outside the door. Washer worked but not dryer so had to hang out clothes but no big deal.

The Vrbo check-in information was not accurate. I called the owner and left a message, he was quick to respond with the needed check-in details. The place was great, all the properties were well taken care of. I would stay there again and not think twice about it.

The host was welcoming and I appreciated the detailed instructions provided prior to arrival. The cabin was clean and tastefully decorated. Having the cabin within walking distance of downtown shops, entertainment, and nature trails was a huge bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Very quaint. When we got the this place there were deer to greet us and cardinals flying around, it was perfect as we entered into the home. The bed was so extremely cozy. This place is close to everything and it felt like being home.

The house was just like the pictures, however the hot tub wasn’t great. It didn’t get hot, a bathtub gets hotter water than it did. Also, it was old and things were broken on it. The e terroir of the house looks like it hasn’t been maintained in a while. The area around the hot tub had overgrown vines and made it a challenge to not get hit in the face while trying to enter the area. It seems like the r terror just needs to be hosed down or swept because we saw cobwebs everywhere on the fyi t of the house and on the windows. The back of the house had a major issue with red wasp. Luckily they had some wasp killer spray in the laundry room. At one point I counted at least 35 wasp on the fence next to the hot tub. The location was close to the square and was walkable and made things easier to get around in town. Plus we saw deer everyday just grazing and hanging g out on our front porch. I would rate it a 3 out of 5 stars…we were disappointed in the hot tub and a little put off by the vines and overgrowth on the house, but it was quiet and close to town.

Cabin was cozy with very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The cabin was very well appointed and spacious. Only criticism…. It would be nice if amenities were added like coffee, sweetener, sugar and creamer, sample size lotions, mouthwash etc.

Cabin was perfect - great condition, clean, had everything we needed. Specifically we were seeking a property on its own. There are quite a few cabin groups out in this area and thought we had avoided that when booking this property. Will happily return with a group of friends or family, but this was not quite the private romantic getaway we had planned on.
