Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom McAllen retreat with large round 15 x 43 above ground pool. This terrific house boasts 4 queen beds, 1 bunk bed,(with 1 full 2 twins) and 1 full bed, Perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the adorable living room with fireplace and cozy sofa for extra sleeping space, pool table, and foozeball game. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. Experience what McAllen has to offer with a stay at our welcoming house. Close to many shopping, eating, and local attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Triple drive parking plus ample street parking, Large cemented patio space in back yard for barbecuing, (grill provided)storage shed, lounge chairs, firepit. There is an above ground pool which is not being advertised now with the property as the liner was badly torn by a goup of teens, must be replaced, My pool builder has had rain issues, scheduling issues, so has not done it yet. Will be looking for someone else. Exit to backyard from either dining room or master bedroom. Privacy fenced with outdoor lighting.

The pool is clean. House was perfect for large groups or family get together. Interior is clean as the eye can see but one of the kids got cut by a broken glass embedded in the carpet on day 1. Perfect location, close to shopping malls, grocery and about 3 miles away from McAllen airport. The host is very responsive with communication.

I will have Amy thourougly shampoo the carpet, which she has brobable done. by taking them outsied sparygin soap, scrubbing, then pressure washing them down. does it every 3-4 stays. Perfect for large families and groups is definitely true. The house is big and nice and able to accommodate large groups comfortably. The beds could be softer, they reminded me of the beds in Mexico. On our arrival the battery was low on the keypad making it difficult to open the door. Once we made entry we found that the front door of the house (which is not the one you enter from) was not locked at all. The host did respond quickly and let us know where we could find batteries, she also told us where the key was (it wasn’t there) and said if we had any problems we could leave the door unlocked it was a safe neighborhood (ummmm I wouldn’t chance any neighborhood ). We choose this house for all that it offered yet we were very disappointed to find the pool had NO water, and was dirty and torn. The pool table was no good as the pool sticks had no tips to them, and the foosball table is loose and doesn’t work. We understand that prices have gone up and trying to save energy is good, however on our arrival the house was hot. After a long drive and wanting to just relax we had to wait for it to get cool. McAllen is hot, it would be nice if you could at least turn the air on when you are expecting guess to arrive. Would we stay here again, probably not. But if your looking for a place just to sleep and you have a large group this is the place.

I have months ago removed the pool from any listing as the guy supposed to repair it so I removed pool pics and did not advertise it with a pool or price it for that. I am disappointed in that and the door lock which was no inexpensive has had issues with batteries going out quickly. Plan to replace with defiant brand, The last guest did not respond abput whether they put the key bak. There were 2 different keys for 2 differnt doors under each a c unitl On the large unit, I never mentioned that to previous guests so that front door key should;ve been there I will have Amy check. Once again, pool was never included as some teenagers partying tore the lining and the sand underit, lining, and now bumners under to lining to cusion it more have been purchased for some time but the original builder of the pool who charged a significant amount to install has never made it bsk to redo this
