Had an amazing time. Absolutely gorgeous property. All cookware needed, even wood for fire place. Hot tub was awesome! My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the beautiful mountains while deer and horses grazed in the fields. Only thing wrong w my visit was it was not long enough! Can not say enough good about this place or the owners!
Great property. Did have to purchase toulet paper. Would also want a propane grill. But overall great location for relaxing and not dealing with public!! Will recommend
The location of the home truly demonstrated the beauty of Montana and just minutes away from Eureka. Would have liked curtains in order to close at night for more privacy but not a big deal except for bathroom since the home is somewhat secluded.
Nice getaway in a remote location. Easy drive to whitefish, eureka and going to the sun road. Property was in good condition and hot tub was hot. I would stay here again.
Perfect cabin to get away from it all. Simplistic but has everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the stars at night. As well as having cozy fires in the fireplace.
It is a beautiful setting the log cabin is cizy and comfortable. Its like being wrapped in a big montana hug..

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
This property is quite pastoral and quiet. The bedrooms are not quite sealed off from each other, and one can hear conversation, etc. The upstairs bed is very mushy, the floors are quite sqeaky. The property has a horse pasture, be sure it will be vacated if you don't want your horse intermixed with owner's horses. The best thing was the front porch, it was great for early morning coffee. The the coffeemaker needs to be replaced as it took 30 minutes to brew a pot. I would recommend bringing your own pourover cup. We picnicked on the shady side yard. It felt very safe. Bring all your groceries, the nearest market isn't close by. There is no air conditioning or dishwasher. It's very rustic, but like camping, there is fun in simplicity. Also, the hot tub is a great bonus.

Secluded with beautiful mountain views!
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Sitting on the porch drinking coffee with no one else around, looking at the mountains and watching horses graze in the pasture. Eureka is just up the road and has a nice grocery store and a couple good places to eat. (The Front Porch and Cafe Jax).

Will definitely be back
Just need to trim bushes in front of railing on front porch so you can see the lovely scenery when setting there having morning coffee or evening glass of wine
We came to Montana for nature and wilderness. This cabin was situated so you felt secluded but just close to things that it wasn’t scary since we didn’t know the area. The property was BEAUTIFUL and just what we needed to relax and enjoy all of the beautiful views surrounding us. There were so many hiking trails and beautiful sites within driving distance. Our favorite thing might have been stopping at Jerry’s saloon each night for dinner and conversation. This was a perfect getaway!
The house is on 10 acres, very quiet and private. The mattresses are ok, but not exceptional. Tvs are old and loft bedroom TV so old that it was unusable. Satellite TV worked. Kitchen could use more spoons. There was a Dutch oven, which was nice.
Hot tub was great. There is a second cabin being built on the property, so there were some vehicles coming and going occasionally.
Overall, the cabin is beautiful and rustic and very nice. Wood stove works great. The front porch has no light.
Few little details that would make this even better, but we definitely enjoyed it.
Great location with great view. The cabin is nice. Hot tub is good. When we arrived the cabin was very cold inside - the heat was off- and it took us a while to figure out how to get it on. I did start a fire in the fireplacebut it took over an hour to get the inside temp up to maybe 60 f. The fireplace eventually kicks butt. The washer and dryer did not work at all. The first two nights we could get no stations on the tv but the third day / last day it started working. The wild life is abundant around the property and area. The wifi worked great. A smoke detector in the master bed had no battery in it. The back deck porch light did not work - hard to see the night bears without it. Overall nice but it needs some maintenance attention.
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so quiet and a lovely place to just sit and relax. We loved the hot tub and watching the deer each morning and night. We even got to see a new fawn nursing. On clear mornings and nights we just took in the scenery since the mountains were so visible. The cabin itself is beautiful and has everything you could need. Highly re and hope we can return in the future. So thankful for Scotty sharing this piece of paradise with us. One week was definitely not enough!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Really didn’t want to leave. The cabin was great. The property around the cabin was beautiful. We got to see many deer, elk and one wolf! It is very quiet and peaceful. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the grounds. Inside the cabin was clean and cozy. Scott provided everything we needed. He checked on us and even told us of an automotive repair shop when our muffler came loose. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
