"The Playhouse" is 2 full bedrooms with 2.5 full bathrooms which are located in each bedroom. The 1100 sq ft condo is equipped with all the amenities to sleep 7 people (3 sofa sleepers) . "The Playhouse" is located near the House of Blues and is walking distance to the Mississippi River, which is great for shopping (Riverwalk Outlet) and is only steps away from the world famous Bourbon Street. The French Market, which offers shopping and the world famous Cafe Du Monde, is a great local spot. The condo has the ambiance of the French Quarter and more! Take advantage of the location and go to a show at the House of Blues, or if you want a truly unique "spiriutal" experience make a reservation for the Gospel Brunch that goes on every Sunday!

In the heart of the French Quarter, and quiet!

Loved the location and the comfort. Spacious living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms (all we needed). Great open kitchen layout. Would definitely return!

Great location!

We appreciated the attentive property manager. After a canceled flight and arriving a day late, we checked in with ease. We were upgraded to a property steps from Bourbon street, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Got moved to a different property.

It said 3 bedrooms only 2 were functional. The 3rd was an attic twin bedroom with a dusty old fan. The water faucets in the bathrooms were very difficult to turn. My mother has arthritis in her hands and could not turn them at all. It was clean but not what I paid for. I rented the Playhouse..

Fabulous time in French Quarter

We came in the day after a hurricane and were switched to another property. The check in was smooth. The unit was wonderful, less than a block from Bourbon Street, clean, quiet and spacious. 5 adults and we each had our own bed. Wonderful!

Great Location

Great girls weekend getaway location! Close to restaurants, shops, and within a quick walk to Bourbon Street and other local areas. The Playhouse was nicely equipped and the decor was modern. Beds were comfy with a great living area to hang out in. Highly recommend, the owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Easter Weekend - A Pirate Invasion

The property company needed to move our booking to a different property, which ended up even better for our group! My Southern Comfort was wonderful to work with. The amenities of the house were perfect. We were close to all of the planned activities for our group. The house was clean, well decorated, the beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. Highly recommend!!

Great Customer Service

My rating is more for the property management company rather than the property itself. This property ended up not being available due to some needed repairs, but the company moved our booking to another property - an upgrade at the same cost. Which was a wonderful surprise! The property was gorgeous and immaculately clean. We had an amazing trip. Communication was great.

Awesome condo - but booking emails not clear

The condo is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends. Directly across the street from the House of Blues is a great location. You'll hear street noise in the living room, but the bedrooms were nice and quiet. My only complaint is the booking emails come from a third party My Southern Comfort and were so cryptic I thought they were spam as they don't reference VRBO or the property name. It took a few phone calls to get sorted out, but Tyrone was responsive and helpful.

Fantastic location!!!!

We were visiting for the French Quarter music festival and the location was absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere all weekend. Unit is clean, nicely provisioned and decorated. New bathroom off one of the bedrooms. Living room nice and roomy. One negative was the electronic keypad to enter the unit. We followed the excellent directions but it always took at least 4 tries with no apparent reason for it not working first time. Management company sent an excellent informative email before we arrived and followed up with a phone call. Great service!

Get ready to Immerse Yourself!

The immersion into the ambiance of the French Quarter was immediate. The place was very clean and comfortable. Parking was a but challenging but workable. Definitely buy the park ing pass! Tyrone was very helpful!
