Some call it Little Switzerland for its small European town influence seen at every corner and around each twist and turn.
The quirky Night Owl studio-style rental is brand new for 2018 and is newly furnished.
Step outside and shop till you drop or stay inside to rest.
Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, you don't have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will.
Relaxation is our specialty. We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it.
Furnished with a brand new quality king-size bed this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails.
A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home.
Find secret stashes, our way of making you feel spoiled and investing in your early return to the "Nest".
Hang out in the living room and watch a large flat screen tv with Netflix to binge on all the movies you want and an Xbox complete with games!
Cook a nice meal together in the fully equipped kitchen, or cozy up in bed for a long night of snuggling!

Easy access and cute/comfy stay. Very convenient to averything by walking. Be ready for stairs and climbing hills though- we are fairly fit sonit suites us but it may be a bit much for others. Very friendly area

Great place to stay in the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. Beautiful property. One the to be aware of are the 73 stair steps from the parking lot to the room. If climbing stairs is hard for you, this is NOT a good option. We enjoyed the workout! Lovely property and host we will stay again for sure!

Great condo!

We loved the condo! We enjoyed the arcade games and the foosball table that were in the room! The bed was comfy and the space was plenty big enough for the two of us! The stairs were no joke though! Ha! The only thing that surprised me was that it is above a cigar store and I could smell the cigar smoke strongly in the hallway, especially the first day. It didn’t bother me inside the condo, but maybe just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of this apartment can’t be beat. The apartment was adorable and the layout was nice. The view was incredible and the windows made the apartment seem luxurious! The communication with the owner was helpful. The sheets and bed were comfy. The bathroom was perfect. There is a full kitchen so you can bring your leftovers back from restaurants. The only things that a guest might want to consider are the staircases and pullout bed. There are many stairs to this apartment, and it was difficult to get our luggage up there. I’m in my 30s and work out regularly and I was huffing and puffing by the time I got to the top, every time. The pullout couch was not comfortable and my partner had to lay sideways on it to avoid a bar that would have been going across his back through the thin mattress. If you truly plan to use the pullout couch, then maybe bring something to lay over top of it. These issues were not a big deal to us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is the coolest! Great location, decor is so fun, check-in and out was easy, very comfortable bed, has everything you need for a great time. The only caveat is to ensure you are able to climb three total flights to get to the room. We will stay here again. Thanks!

The room was perfect! We watched the St. Patty’s Day parade out our windows. Super clean, comfortable, the hostess was super-responsive, and we loved the decor. Our only suggestion would be a small TV in the bedroom area. Loved our stay… we will be back.

Great Studio Setup (get your cardio walking the stairs :)

Very nice and clean studio property just steps away from the main downtown strip. Even though property is close to the night life - you could not hear anything beyond the building structure (unless outside). There are a few steps of stairs to climb but either pack light or split up the trip (there is temp parking in front of building to load and unload). Property manager was very attentive and we'll surely book this location if we every return to ES.

Location Location Location

This property is the perfect location to spend time in downtown Eureka Springs! You can walk to everything and not worry about finding a parking spot! And it’s just far enough away from the nightlife that it’s quiet. Hannah provides fair warning on the stairs…and if you aren’t ok with stairs or hills, then Eureka Springs probably isn’t for you anyway! This was the perfect place for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
