Summary:

Step into a 1908 B&B in Historic Eureka Springs via your own private entrance. Bedroom 1- King Bed and a jetted tub for two in the room. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed. Living Room and Dining Room share a fireplace that is perfect for the fall and winter season. The apartment has a full kitchen yet is in walking distance to the famous Italian Ermilio's and the Crescent Hotel. Breakfast is provided as well as snacks for late night cravings. This is our newest and most beautiful suite

The Neighborhood:

Ridgeway house is within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, Intrigue theater and downtown Eureka Springs. It is a bit of a walk back up the hill to the Ridgeway House however, Eureka Springs has Uber and Lyft drivers.



Getting Around:

Historic Eureka Springs is a small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. It is known for its great spas, restaurants, art, shopping, music, festivals, and proximity to outdoor adventures. The White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock lake are all with in 15 miles of Eureka Springs. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, Floating and more.



Other Things to Note:

Patricia is our live in hostess, she will make sure you have everything you need and be available to answers questions about town. She lives in the main part of the house and there is no direct access to the Breezeway Suite.

We had a great time at our stay here last week for Spring Break. The place was clean, they had snacks and a few beverages for us when we checked in, awesome breakfasts each day and recommendations of places to go and restaurants in town. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the location is great too. Just a really great all-around experience, thanks for everything!

Nice spot for a little weekend trip. Walkable to Main and Spring street - if you don't want to trek back up the hill there is a trolley stop right at the end of the road. A plethora of towels. Nice back porch sitting area. The provided breakfast was delicious.

Mother's Day weekend getaway

Our stay at the Breezeway Suite was absolutely perfect! It was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful yet close enough to walk downtown. Patricia was so sweet and left us with the most delicious parfaits, pastries, fruit and all kinds of goodies. We were absolutely blown away and hope to make this a yearly tradition!

As quaint as Eureka Springs is, we found it wonderful to return to the quiet of Ridgeway each night. We could walk to several restaurants which made for easy dinners. We also happened to be there for the White Street art sale which was also easy because of our location. Patricia is a dear.

Amazing property!

The host let us know this property had recently been renovated, and I have to say they did a fantastic job! I went with a friend for an event in town but will be back with the family. Can’t say enough about the charm and cleanliness of this place. The on site host was also amazing! 10 out of 10. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Eureka Springs area.
