This 3-bedroom waterfront house on Lake Bob Sandlin is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 3 queen beds, this phenomenal property offers a comfortable stay for all guests. The home sits just off the open water but still has the view of it. A large deck on lakeside of the house that features an outdoor TV, outdoor dining table and patio furniture. There is about 2,000 sq ft of decking around the house for outdoor fun. Build a fire down by the lake and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the AC and heating during your stay, and take advantage of the 2 bathrooms for added convenience. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, and is open to the living room. There is a gas grill if you decide you want to grill up some dinner. We think our place will help you experience everything Pittsburg and Mt Pleasant has to offer. ***Note: We do not provide shampoos or soap for bathing. We do not provide Keurig coffee pods. Boat ramp is about a 10 min drive away. You can tie your boat off at the pier. PLEASE DO NOT TRESPASS ONTO THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY OR TRY TO USE HIS BOAT RAMP. IT IS NOT A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP. *********For your safety and the security of the home, there is 1 exterior surveillance camera covering the driveway and front entrance. NO cameras monitor the interior or private guest areas.
