Duplex for a Family/Couples in privileged location

Located in the heart of Ribeira, Oporto's downtown city center, with all main attractions within walking distance.
The apartment is to be used only by you, so it's ideal for couples or families who want to get to know the city and its vibrant feeling.
São Bento Train Station is a 10 minute walk to our apartment.
You will have everything you need with our amenities, perfect for a short visit or an extended stay.

Apartment

• Our apartment was originally built in the 1950's and went through extensive rehabilitation during 2015-2016, and we fully preserved the authenticity of the old harbor lodgings, with a lot of stone and wooden floors.
• Due to the fact it is an older building, there is no elevator and with the apartament being on the fourth floor - be ready!
• This fourth floor was converted to a duplex apartament with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom.
• You will be greeted by us and we will give you a house tour, tips and the keys to the duplex.


Bedrooms

• Equipped with a duvet, soft cotton sheets and enough pillows to make everyone happy,
• In one of the bedrooms you will be able to relax in a comfortable King Size Bed and in the other one a Queen Size Bed.
• We have hangers and an ironing board so all your clothes can look spot on.
• And, finally, one of the most important items: A/C unit!


Living Room

• Air Conditioning!
• Contains a TV with international channels for you to enjoy while you rest from a busy day visiting our amazing city.
• There is also an existing sofa-bed for extra people to sleep in comfort.


Bathroom

• The bathroom is fully prepared to deliver hot water without any extra effort, it has !!!!!!!!! Bathtub certo? not an enclosed shower!!!!!!!!! with a shower head to get yourself a nice and refreshing bath.
• We will also provide towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel.
• A mirror to look your best when you leave the house for the day or night and, to help with that, you also have a hair-dryer.
• Equipped with a first aid kit, you will be able to take care of any misfortune that might happen.


Kitchen

• The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped for 6 people with cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans.
• You will also have a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, tea kettle, a toaster and a stove top with an exhaust fan for a perfect home cooked meal.
• To cook, we leave you some salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
• For your breakfast, you'll have some coffee and tea.
