The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in tiled shower. Upstairs, you'll find two queen ensuite bedrooms, each with a TV and tiled walk-in showers.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes: - Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be required during inclement winter weather to access all properties. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk. - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door and views the parking area. An additional camera views the underdeck storage area. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am -This home allows mature and well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Please clean up all waste. - Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
