Charming Cape Cod Cottage Condo. Fully renovated 2 bedroom, one and a half bath quaint cottage sleeps 6. Close to everything Marblehead. Walk to restaurants, boutiques and historical sights. Kitchen, dining and living room downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen bed in each. Second bedroom also has daybed with trundle. Lots of closet space. Central air conditioner, BBQ and lots of kitchen amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Internet, cable, washer. dryer, Pack n Play crib, stroller, linens and towels provided. No pets. One off street parking spot. Great home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It was within walking distance to all the shops & restaurants in Marblehead. The trips into Salem were short drives and the scenery just breathtaking. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable, clean & cozy! The cottage is located close to shops & restaurants but still on a quiet street. The owner checks in often to see if you need anything and check in & check out was seamless. We really enjoyed it here & would recommend staying.

We had a lovely time at Sugar’s charming and cozy cottage! The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay with plenty of room. Great Stay AGAIN

This was our 2nd time to stay in this Marblehead Charmer. It is a short drive to Boston and the attractions there. But it is also such a beautiful town in itself. So much history all around. The home is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. (Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys.) Can't wait to return.

Cottage was super cute - had everything we needed for our girls trip to Marblehead & Salem Massachusetts. Area was so beautiful and within walking distances to many of the restaurants and shopping areas. everyone was super friendly. We would definitely rent this property again. Love Love Loved it!

I live in Florida most of the year but since I have family in nearby Swampscott, I had to find my own place near enough to see them and full of things to do. Marblehead is just fantastic!

Why they chose this property

I wanted to buy this property a year before it went on the market! Its got all it's old 1920 charm (some uneven floors, small doorways, etc) and I've modernized it for comfort and equipped it with many fun vacay amenities.... beach toys, waffle maker, blender... but it's still a work in progress, so please leave me suggestions!

What makes this property unique

2 parking spots although in the warmer months, when street parking is allowed, Prospect St provides much easier access, closer and no stairs, than the parking lot. there's plenty to do and see nearby so you can walk to most of the "in-town" attractions, restaurants, boutiques, Marina and beach!
