4 Bedroom LUX House/with Pool Next Door

Nestled on private street in beautiful West Gloucester, this large vacation rental (you get the entire house-- not just 1 or 2 rooms)
is a tranquil escape for your upcoming ocean side getaway. Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms and enough sleeping accommodations for 8 guests throughout 2,500 square feet of beautifully decorated living space. This lovely home is the perfect size for families or a group of friends out for a rejuvenating beach getaway.

Our properties have kayaks and walking trails . There is a large side deck with patio furniture.

We also have an in-ground, heated pool at my house next door!.
(It is a 30 second walk over)
We are 3 minutes to the Boulevard 5 minutes to downtown and grocery stores. We are 8 minutes to Wingaersheek Beach. It is just a beautiful place to be!

We had such a great time in a beautiful house, it accommodated everyone very comfortably. Location is very close to the Marina and the downtown but quiet at night to support exhausted guests. Would definitely visit again.

Great property! Very clean and spacious. Four nice, big bedrooms. The porch is a wonderful place to sit with plenty of shade. Hosts could not have been nicer. Would return to this property in a heart beat.

Wonderful week in Gloucester

We loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beth and her family welcomed us into their home and hearts! We were treated like family. Beth was very accommodating to our needs. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Great stay, great location, great host

A beautiful, well presented, roomy house, in a peaceful setting, with access to a pool. What more do you want? Despite the peaceful location, it is only a few minutes drive to Gloucester. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were made to feel very welcome by the lovely hostess and her family.

Great stay in Gloucester

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is clean and very spacious. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had Tv's in each room. The kitchen is big and equipped with all the necessities. The owner left us a huge basket of all kinds of goodies and snacks that were appreciated by everyone. The location was easy to find and on a private street. Perfect place to stay especially if you have a large group.

Beth was very welcoming very helpful to us before and during our stay, the house was pristine. As though evwrything was brand new. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful stay we had! There were 8 adults staying for the first 3 days of our week long trip and we had plenty of room. Nice big kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Downtown Gloucester was minutes away and Rockport is about 15 minutes or so. We spent a lot of time in both places and even made a couple of trips into Boston! If you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the city, I’d highly recommend Beth’s place!

I was nervous booking because we have never been to that area so I had no idea what to expect but it was a great area and a great stay. The hostess was communicative. The house was clean, bright and cheery! The home had plenty of room for 6 adults and the beds were very comfortable.

Girls trip to Salem

Myself along with two friends and our teen daughters made the very long trip from Tennessee to visit the Salem area. The house was beautiful and clean. The property owner was kind and even came and talked to us and gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Right down the road is the beach. It’s minutes from the train which I highly recommend taking into Salem and/or boston. Def recommend this place.

Beautiful home

You will be amazed at this spacious, very clean home. The beds were very comfortable. They even had a pac n play and high chair for our little grandson! When we arrived we were greeted with an amazing basket full of goodies. Beth, our host was friendly and full of information on restaurants and sight seeing in the area. Beth is also an author and our little guy loved one of her books and she was gracious enough to give him some. Thank you Beth! Located close to the train that took us into Boston for a day trip. The days were warm so the pool was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this home was one of our favorites.

This house was great! We had a cozy night in the tv room with the fireplace on. Plenty of space for us. We cooked breakfast and relaxed. It was close enough to Salem and Boston to drive. We even took an uber to Salem one night. There are games at the house to play too. It was perfect for a girls trip! Beth was great and very communicative. She came by to introduce herself and let us know that a storm was coming. I recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this home.The home was absolutely beautiful, It was nice that each of us had a bedroom. Each morning we had coffee in the pretty parlor, while planning our day. Every evening, we would hang out in the cozy living room. It was a great room to end our day after exploring the area. It is decorated beautifully. We appreciated how clean everything was. Communication with the host, Beth, was wonderful and she was very helpful suggesting great things to do in the area.She even sent her nice husband over to show us how to get the coffee grinder to work. The welcome basket was huge and very much appreciated. We snacked from it every night. Gloucester is a lovely town and I would love to go back someday. We would definitely stay at Beth’s home again. Thank you for everything you did to make our trip great!

Why they chose this property

It's really beautiful. Newly renovated with all new furniture, linens, etc.
it is 4 bedroom— you get the entire house to yourself!

I have lived in this neighborhood since I was 5. I am now 60! Yikes! My two brothers, sister and parents also live on the street! It is very safe and tranquil! It is a dead-end street! My maiden name is Gibbs....Get it? Gibbs Hill Drive! LOL!

What makes this property unique

My house is newly renovated! It is very clean and has a nautical feel! I am obsessed with the color Blue grey! It is the main color of the inside of the house!
