Wake up from your new, firm, queen size bed early enough to catch the beautiful sunrise at Good Harbor beach! (Only a 5 minute walk away!) On your way back to the house, grab a coffee & danish at Cape Ann Coffees (just across the street) or head next-door for a full size breakfast at Charlie’s. Enjoy take out on the private outdoor patio or inside at the large kitchen island.

The brand new, stylish kitchen offers all the basics you’ll need. The island is large enough to host 6 comfortably and will likely be where you entertain when you’re not outside.

The home is tastefully decorated with warm, earthy tones and a relaxing feel. With a large bay window in the living room and oversized slider in the kitchen, it almost feels like you’re outside!

For all the beach lovers; we provide an umbrella, beach chairs, beach bag, towels, cooler and beach wagon. After a long day in the sun, treat yourself to a delicious ice cream from Good Harbor Ice Cream just steps from the house! Then, rinse off in the private outdoor shower before dinner.

With Stop & Shop across the street and two more grocery stores nearby, you can cook up dinner in the kitchen or on the grille outside. If you’re too relaxed to cook, Gloucester center is only a five minute drive away and has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars & nightlife!

Unwind after dinner on the comfortable, sectional sofa. Close the curtains and stream your favorite show or movie on the 65” flatscreen TV before turning in after an ideal vacation day!

Amazing stay in Gloucester, MA

What a beautiful VRBO and wonderful host. This home has everything you might need during your vacation. The short walk to Good Harbor Beach makes this rental worth every penny. We really appreciated the beach items provided and the outdoor shower. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

The place is super cute and convenient to everything! I loved the decor and the host even added a splash of Halloween decor since we were there during Halloween. I would definitely stay here again. The place looks exactly as pictured and the hosts left me snack, a lovely note and a little gift as well. It was perfect!

Sparkling clean!

This was by far the cleanest rental we’ve stayed at. The kitchen is amazing, well organized & fully stocked. Beds are comfortable & furniture & decor are clean and absolutely stunning. Although the home is on a major street, traffic noise is minimal inside. 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach as well as a terrific coffee shop & grocery store across the street were a plus for us. The owners were very responsive & accommodating. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Gloucester!

Great stay at a beautiful home

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Christine and Mike’s home is immaculate and comfortable, and the location, within walking distance to a beautiful beach, and a stones throw from shops and a grocery store, was great. The hosts were also incredibly kind and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again in the near future!

Nice place in a nice location

We had a great time. The house was small and cozy, in a nice area and within a short walk to the beach. There is a nice laundromat and grocery store located within walking distance as well which made it more convenient. Check in/out procedures were easy.

Beyond lovely!

We fell in love with Gloucester last year and had the opportunity to stay at this property this year and will be definitely returning. Not only is the home itself stunning and cozy, it’s close to shops and our hosts were beyond fantastic. Such lovely people with wonderful communication that really show you the meaning of hospitality I wish nothing but the best for them, my friends and family are so grateful to have been able to stay here.

Home away from home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was amazing with all top end appliances and plenty of room with a wonderful slider to the backyard. The house was immaculate and had a great comfortable sectional in the living room. The property was walking distance to the beach. The beach was amazing. Would love to go back.

September whale watch adventure getaway

Everything was spot on. A lovely home. Our host anticipated all our wants and need. We admit we never prepared a meal as the convenience of Charlie’s and Cape Ann Coffees was too wonderful to pass up, however the kitchen was our favorite room.

A "must stay" for your getaway bucket list!

This location easily gets "6 stars" - that is, if we are allowed to go over 5! This location is even better than described in Vrbo. The bungalow is beautifully decorated, very clean, roomy, kitchen is well stocked with all cooking necessities, walking distance to the beach, close to food amenities, quick drives to neighboring towns - and both Christine and Mike are quick to respond throughout the entire process. If you are looking to spend some time in the Gloucester/Cape Ann/Newburyport area - this house and location is a must see...

CSG trip to Salem

The house was beautiful. It is decorated just love, was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was very comfortable and very spacious. There were six of us childhood friends, and we often travel together and red hotel rooms. I think I have convinced my friends that renting a small house is much more intimate and a better way for us to spend quality time together.

Great location for beach access!

Christine and Mike were very easy to work with throughout the rental process. They were prompt in responding to questions and thoughtfully attentive to details in their house. The house is very nicely updated and CLEAN! The kitchen is easy to cook in and well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The beach is a very short and easy walk away. The house is on a semi-busy road during the day but quiets down at night. The back patio is private and a great place to gather. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Wonderful Week

We really enjoyed our stay at this property near Gloucester's Good Harbor Beach. It was a short walk to the beach, made easier by the cart that was provided to bring chairs and umbrella, which were also provided. We have rented houses in England, France and along the east coast of the US, but this had by far the best supplies, including a welcome basket, kitchen supplies, gas grill, beach towels, etc. Christine and Michael were terrific hosts and promptly answered any questions we had in advance. The kitchen and living room were nicely designed, attractive, and clean. The outdoor shower, with warm water, was nice as well. The location was quite nice--in addition to the beach, a grocery store, pharmacy, and ice cream shops were all a very short walk. We had beautiful weather all week in Gloucester, while much of the rest of the country was experiencing heat and humidity. I highly recommend this house.

We walked into a wonderful home that was clean and homie. Every detail from the clean, classic fall decorations, to the snacks and other items left for us to use (laundry soap, dish washer pods and a gift card for some coffee from the shop just across the street). The house was hust a small walk to a grocery store and the beach. The owners are very thoughtful and easy to reach with any questions. We loved our stay! House is in fantastic shape and in a very central location. They have every thing needed for a comfortable stay and being able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Beds were super comfortable and the outside patio was comfortable and had a corn hole set up. They also provided snacks that our grandkids enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are up this way.
