The cabin was beautiful in the Smoky Moutains We didn't have any complaints until a brush fire on the 3rd morning. We had to evacuate. We were not able to get our belongings. Everything we took was burnt.
We booked this property for our Anniversary. When looking at the photos we knew this was going to be a good place. After reading some of the reviews we got a little scared.
The day we arrived was a little late. Going up the mountain we knew we made the right decision on the booking. The last turn going up to the property is a little tricky. Don't let that stop you from booking. We figured backing up the drive was better for us. The cabin is beautiful, has so much space and very clean. The jacuzzi baths are a super bonus. Everything about the cabin was perfect.we will definitely be back. Not to far from town either.
Great get away. Very secluded. Loved the house. It was very clean and well maintained. The master bed was a little firm for us and the driveway has a very sharp turn in it. Overall a great stay and we would definitely entertain staying here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Description Misleading
The pictures are not accurate of the property, must have been taken when it was first built. The driveway is horrible and not at all the way it is pictured. The pictures show everything cleared from the around the cabin and driveway, when in reality it is very overgrown. So much so it is hard to back out once in there. There are too many steps to access any of the rooms, the kitchen and living room are on the second floor! Steps up to the porch and 1st floor, another two flights up to kitchen and yet another two flights up to second bedroom! The pillows were so flat, even putting 3 together didn't hardly raise your head up. And it would be helpful to have instructions on how to work the shower in the downstairs bathroom, very hard to figure out. There were quite a bit of fees attached to the final cost, none of which were explained until already booked. On the plus side, every amenity was available, lots of extras and surprises. That was very nice. We had a great time seeing the shows and other attractions, always love visiting Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful cabin
We had a very nice stay at this cabin, it was so beautiful, comfortable and clean. We will be back year to stay longer!
This cabin does not disappoint, the views are breathtaking. You'll never see another sunrise like it. This is our 2nd year staying here and we will definitely be back again. Our stay is comfortable and relaxing. Short drive takes you to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Cades Cove.
The cabin was beautiful as was the view when we weren't in the clouds. The road to the cabin is steep and very curvy. Definitely need 4x4 in the winter months. If you drive a full size extended cab truck, as we did, it takes a three point turn half way up the driveway to get to the cabin. The same goes for getting out of the driveway. The listing says the cabin has a wood burning fireplace but says nothing about not being able to use it. We didn't find this out until we arrived and read the owners note in the book. The cabin does need more lights outside as my husband went out on the deck one night and didn't see the bear that was there until it walked up and nudged his arm. This just proves that Smoky Mountain Black Bear DO NOT hibernate. The middle deck is very dark at night and so is the immediate area around the cabin. Other than the fireplace issue and my husband's close encounter of the bear kind, we enjoyed our stay.
This cabin was everything we were looking for in a getaway minus the fireplace being just decorative. The cabin is beautiful but you can tell there has been some water damage. Probably wont stay here again but it is a very pretty place. A great place to see the sun rise and set!♡
We stayed in this beautiful cabin on our family vacation. The views are tremendous and breathtaking. Pictures online to do not give a true view of the amazing mountains and scenery that you will see. We got 4" of snow on the second night and loved every bit of it. Four wheel drive is definitely needed for winter months for the driveway.
Beautiful view. Quiet and clean.
A lot of stairs, but that was not an issue for us.

Relaxing
We visited this cabin for a girls weekend. This cabin was beautiful, clean, and so cozy! Spacious to fit all four of us and we each had our own bed. This cabin has the most breathtaking mountain view with two decks. We enjoyed our weekend, definitely went by too fast. Will be back because this cabin felt like home.
Cabin itself was very nice, but to be nit picky we had to buy our own trash bags and paper towel bc we were only give 1 of each. The tub in the bottom part didnt work. Over all it was a great place to stay and even our kids had fun there.
This cabin was a wonderful location for our four night mini-vacation to the Smokies. We wanted a great view. Check. We wanted quiet and secluded. Check. It was clean and well appointed. Comfortable lounging sofas in the living area for watching TV or just relaxing, reading, chatting, whatever. Very nice large flat panel TV with satellite. DVD player is very dated and poor quality but that wasn’t why we were there. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed for several eat in meals. Dining table has plenty of room for four adults enjoying a feast.
Entry is through the low level door with electronic lock that was very fidgety. A few times it opened first try. My longest struggle was over eight attempts and that was not my first day.
Water quality was great in my opinion, there was no shortage of hot water for showers. The dishwasher worked well and was not too noisy to run while present.
The upstairs bed was OK but not like home. The downstairs bed sagged in the middle, however. Neither ruined our stay, but could be improved upon.
Overall, we were happy with the cabin rental and would stay there again.
