Very centrally located. Affordable parking. Check in was super quick and easy. Room was clean enough, it’s a large hotel and I saw staff working constantly. Even as a more affordable option this was a splurge for us but I feel it was worth it and am happy with our stay.
The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and kindly let us into our room a few hours before check-in. The space was small but adequate. The only real issue was that the comforter was stained with something unknown (not just coloring, but tiny pieces as well). Thankfully the staff quickly switched out the comforter for a clean one.
The location of the property was good and walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy but there is a charge. Our room was very small but adequate for us since we were out doing things most of the time. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It did not smell fresh in the hallway or the room although it did appear clean.
Parking is adjacent to the building, which was awesome. The room was very clean, and hotel staff was friendly. There was no mini fridge, which was not great; we thought the room would have one. Iced coffee and wine went to waste. The only major complaint was the street noise. There was street racing right outside the window until almost 1:00am.
Check-in was simple and very quick, like checking a hotel. This is an older hotel with a great location for eats, car travel & shopping/sight-seeing. Parking on-site- easy in & out.Coffee in the lobby, I didn't see any food. There is attached Pizza restaurant that served meals.Room was fine, comfy king bed, shower, TV and chair.Only drawback were sirens and being close to the street. We were there during the St. Pat's Saturday celebration and the green river.Overall, I would stay at this property again, more positive aspects than negative issues.
I never got my room cleaned in the 3 days I was there. When I asked she said no I was very disappointed with that. I had to hunt down more towels. My trash was full by the time I left. Cleaning daily should always happen first day I had a private sign up but every day after that they never came.
Normal hotel, no fridge, or cooking in the room but a microwave and coffee in the lobby. Loved the bar, rooftop, and pool in the hotel. Great area and the rooftop has a beautiful view of the city.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
This was essentially a C rated hotel without the hotel services like room cleaning or fresh towels. Room were very tired looking, noisy rusted a/c unit and room looked out into a parking garage.

The fact that the room was in a Best Western was not clearly communicated. I never would’ve reserved the room had I known. The location was great, but the room was tired, the bathroom was minuscule, the towels were paper thin, there’s no refrigerator, the AC unit was random and unnecessarily loud, and the other patrons were not deterred from smoking their very fragrant weed which permeated the entire hallway two of the three nights. Sorry, but location isn’t everything.

This is a Best Western that has not been updated in many years, and it shows. The elevator is slow, the room is small and bathroom is pretty tight. However, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and hot water wasn't an issue. Be aware that there isn't a fridge in the room. The location is fantastic, with several amazing dining options within walking distance, easy access to the subway, and everything downtown
