The home had potential, but a few details made the stay less comfortable than expected. Both bathrooms would benefit from basic amenities like hairdryers and tissues. The bed frame felt unstable, and the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, which affected sleep quality. Family room lacked seating, only comfortably sat three people. The biggest disappointment was the pool — it was not heated at all, making it unusable during our stay. The layout was also a bit odd, with the basement unit bedroom looking directly into the pool area, which would have felt awkward even if the pool had been warm enough to use.Overall, some updates and added amenities could make this a much better experience.

Hi Tammy; I am sorry that your stay was less than pleasurable, I wish you would have reached out to ask questions and we could have solved your problems. The bathrooms are stocked. There is tissue and hairdryers in both bathrooms in cabinet under the sink, along with shampoo and condition. I am not aware of any problems with the bed or bed frame and the last tenant and current tenant say they are fine. The pool is heated and is set for 80 F. When it gets as cold in Florida as it has been it is sometimes hard to keep up with the outside temperature, but I did verify and the water is currently above 80. The family room has plenty of seating and there are additional chairs on the lanai just outside the family room if you needed additional chairs. Again, I wish that you would have reached out with your concerns and we would have helped to take care of the issues you were experiencing.

The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The house is beautiful and in a great location! A block from the ocean and a beautiful stretch of beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we saw a dolphin in the canal behind the house one evening. Our favorite spot in the house was the four season porch. Spent a lot of time out there when we were at the house.
