Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.
We absolutely love and welcome dogs! Please note the additional fee.

The Charming Chestnut is a great location for us to stay with our pets, when visiting family members in Arkansas City. The house and ktchen are well appointed. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.
