Well hello! We acknowledge your lovely review with extreme gratitude! It was our pleasure to meet and greet you both. We loved the opportunity to say hello and show you around. We were so happy you had such nice weather to take advantage of the dock, use the kayaks and have a nice fire in the pit. You certainly were the absolute perfect guests and we would welcome you back to the Cottage anytime you may want to explore more of what NC has to offer. Our desire is to improve the property and visitor experience regularly, so next time it will be even better. Thank you!

Thank you! We hope you found the property to your liking and were thrilled that you were able to bring your boat and catch some fish…mission accomplished!

We appreciate your kind response and feedback! I am so glad we had those few moments together when you arrived as we walked through the property, because that was the only time we saw you! One of our desires is to provide privacy for our guests so you can truly feel like you had a get-away! We would love to see you both again sometime in the future! ~with gratitude

I am truly humbled by your feedback. It was our pleasure to host such courteous guests! We always enjoy the opportunity to meet and greet our visitors personally upon arrival, whenever possible. When we decided to share the special surroundings of the Cottage with others, the goal was to provide exceptional customer service and a place to truly unwind and have a reset. We strive to be mindful of ways to improve visitor experience every time and be respectful of suggestions we receive. It was an unexpected bonus for us when we had the chance to chat with you before your departure and we look forward to seeing you again in the future when your travels bring you back to the Lake Norman area! Thank you!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and will look forward to hosting you again! You were the perfect guests and we appreciate kind words!

Thank you for your encouraging words! You were absolutely perfect guests, and we would be so pleased to have you come visit again. Our mission is to provide for you a memorable stay and comfortable place to unwind and enjoy your surroundings !

Our guests are awesome! We so enjoyed meeting you and it was a pleasure to have you here at the cottage. We were happy you were able to get out on the dock and enjoy some fishing and relaxation. Maybe the next visit you’ll catch the big one! When we started with VRBO earlier this year, we really did not know what to expect, but we have found the hosting experience to be wonderful and that is because our guests have been exceptional. Thank you for your kind words and please come again😊

Oh my goodness, we were so fortunate to have had such wonderful guests! After flights being cancelled because of extreme storms, some travelers may have aborted their plans, but not you! Not only did you decide to keep your reservation, you packed up the car and hit the road! After traveling hours to get here in the nighttime, there was darkness everywhere. You were such good sports!! Thank you for being gracious at our efforts to greet you cheerfully in less than desirable circumstances. We were so relieved you made it safely and were so happy that the weather turned around and power resumed sooner than expected! We were glad you found your accommodations to your liking and appreciate your positive feedback! While we absolutely respect the privacy of each guest who has chosen to spend time at The Cottage, it’s an unexpected bonus for us if we get to chat some while you’re here. We enjoyed the pleasure of your company for a lovely Lake Norman sunset and would be happy to host you again in the future:). All our best to you!
