Welcome to our award winning house for your Perfect 10 vacation. Recipient of the HBASC Pinnacle Award for New Home Construction and the Lighthouse Award for Best Exterior! Experience the rare opportunity to enjoy the best vacation house at the best location in Hilton Head. But the "awards" we are most proud of are our 100% Five-Star reviews from our most special guests. We expend an inordinate amount of time, energy (and money!) to ensure an exemplary vacation experience for our guests. We take exceptional care of our guests and our house to insure a Perfect 10 vacation experience by all. And unlike many other properties, we don't charge host, reservation, or other hidden fees. Once you book your paradise, our professional management company will contact you to ensure that your vacation expectations are exceeded. They are a locally owned firm that knows our house and Hilton Head extremely well and located just 5 minutes from Perfect 10...they are available before and throughout your stay.
Because we completed this house in 2019, before construction costs and interest rates increased significantly, we are able to offer favorable rates to our valued guests. We offer one of the nicest and most in demand luxury rental home experiences available, yet our prices are comparable to less desirable homes.
We take great pleasure in providing wonderful lifelong memories for our guests, many of whom have stayed with us every year since 2019. We often receive inquiries from guests about special occasions, restaurants, catering services, nearby activities and excursions, transportation, and the like.
This incredible house was the featured "Beach Castle" in the HGTV Dream House publication where they said: "This gorgeous, 5,700-square-foot oceanfront home was perfectly designed to the owners' specifications and you can expect every luxury you would grant yourself if it were your own dream home. Eight bedrooms comfortably accommodate people of all ages and requirements (the property has an elevator to all three levels and two accessible bedrooms and baths)."
We invite comparison to other luxury homes in Hilton Head...because there is no comparison; read our guest reviews and you will agree. Because our lot is twice the size of most other oceanfront lots, the house is not crammed in with other houses, we have a massive outdoor designer pool and deck area, a large front and rear yard for recreation, gorgeous landscaping in the front, rear, and side yards, and a 6' privacy fence on the side yards. Driveway parking for 5 cars and a huge finished garage for up to 4 cars (and an EV charger) New for 2024...a gorgeous garage floor by Innovative Coatings and a finished garage, including a restroom at pool level! And new for 2025, our Great Room has been enhanced with many exquisite Arhaus furnishings, and a spectacular 77" LG OLED evo G5 Ai TV.
Our house is on a very private street with only 8 other homes and secured/gated private beach access. The closest public beach access is several blocks away, insuring privacy and uncrowded beaches. Add a giant designer pool and saltwater spa, as well a private boardwalk with access to the sparsely populated beach and the recipe for an amazing vacation is complete.
Our first guest arrived in June 2019 and this is what they had to say: "There are no words to describe this absolutely amazing property. We have rented homes for our large family all over the United States, beautiful homes, that pale in comparison to this magnificent home. And the attention to detail, and the needs of the guests is nothing short of outstanding. Everything about the home, the location, the style, the accessories, the fabrics chosen for the beautiful furniture, are superb. A cool large bunk room/playroom with cupola and four built-in bunk beds is a big hit with the kids. The large office on the first floor doubles as a bedroom with a memory foam queen sofa bed and a full bath. The huge media room on the second floor has a 65" LG OLED Smart TV and a Sonos Arc surround sound system. It also sleeps up to four. Each floor has its own laundry room and there is a convenient kitchenette on the second floor. The first floor includes a massive designer kitchen and eating bar, a large dining area and a sensational Great Room with a wall of curved windows providing incredible ocean views. There is also a wet bar with separate refrigerator and ice maker freezer drawers.

A fabulous Bull Luxury Q Outdoor Island kitchen with an Angus stainless steel grill, refrigerator, lighted umbrella, and bar seating. On the upper level is another large terrace with fabulous ocean views, accessible from four of the bedrooms, as well as a furnished/covered sitting area accessible from the Media Room.
Great WiFi access is provided by the Orbi mesh network. The HVAC system have 7 zones, with 7 Nest thermostats to allow each guest to optimize their personal comfort. A Ring system provides professionally monitored smoke, flood, and Co2 detection. Exterior surveillance cameras for guest privacy.
From April-September, we provide a daily beach chair and umbrella service and 6 bike rentals for all guests for $775/week. This charge will added after booking. The beach service sets up 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs each day and 6 well-maintained adult cruiser bikes will be there upon your arrival. Spa heat is included. Pool heat is available, upon request, for $625-$775/week.
At booking, the tax is added, along with VRBO and housekeeping fees & beach chair/umbrella rentals (in season). We have been coming to Hilton Head for 40 years. We bought Marriott timeshares in the 90’s to enjoy with our family and bought an remodeled a house in North Forest Beach in 2010 that we sold in 2021 so that we could focus all of our attention on Perfect 10. We love the North Forest Beach location, beach, and many conveniences, and so do our guests. We spend an extraordinary amount of time and effort making sure our guests have an exemplary vacation experience.
Why they chose this property
We really love Hilton Head and North Forest Beach. We had another house in Sea Pines and enjoyed that too, but found the location, conveniences, privacy, and uncrowded beaches of North Forest Beach to be most compelling. When we decided to buy another house, we looked at many options before finding 10 Seahawk Lane. Although this property cost a lot more and took a lot more time to design and build, it has been worth the effort because we now have a magnificent lot and location that is second to none.
What makes this property unique
We encourage comparison to other luxury homes in North Forest Beach...there is no comparison. Because the lot is twice the size of other lots, the house is not crammed in with other houses (compare aerial views of our house with others!), we have a massive outdoor pool and deck area (not partially under the house like many other "luxury" homes), a large front and rear yard for recreation, and gorgeous landscaping in the front, rear, and side yards.
