24 Duck Hawk’s open-flow floor plan provides the quintessential indoor/ outdoor living experience. Modern chef's kitchen with an oversized island, large family room with custom sectional seating, and generous dining space means more options to gather, cook, unwind, dine, and relax together. The spacious deck off this main living area is raised for optimal oceanside enjoyment with a relaxing sectional and smart TV for you and the family!

The Entertainment Terrace emulates the most exclusive five-star resort with its pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, upright video machine, and multiple TVs for gaming and watching movies or sports. The lower-level backyard covered patio has an ocean view, ping pong table, and sound system, while the front driveway provides ample parking, a paved bike area, and a full-size basketball goal with a brick-in-lay three-point line.
The flat grassed backyard is perfect for lawn games, and the private ocean walkway leads out to a stunning stretch of beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The proximity to the beach was incredible. The views from the house were amazing. The simplistic layout was large and easy to manage. It gave everyone their own space. The showers and rooms were very nice. It was nice to have the high end appliances. The pool was used by the teens and the playroom in the basement was great for entertaining the kids.

On entering, you can't help but be struck by the view--straight out to the ocean. Beautiful deck halfway down beach path great place for afternoon cocktails. 4 bedrooms look out to the ocean, all with decks--wonderful! The house itself is dated, many of the outside lights were not functional and couldn't be repaired even after a call to Vacation Rentals (prop. manager). One of the oceanfront bedrooms had almost no air flow from vents, making it extremely hot throughout our stay. Pool cleaned once during the week but needed more frequent cleaning our to tree canopy and lots of leaves in pool. The planters around the deck and pool stairs are overrun with weeds, as is the lawn surrounding the pool. The beach path is a bit overgrown. I'd recommend the property for its view and beach access, with the caveat that it is very dated and in need of maintenance.

This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed in..you are literally on the beach. The quality of the decor, linens, amenities, game room options, bikes, hot tub, heated pool, TVs everywhere, state of the art audio system..just outstanding. The pictures are spot-on. The house is marvelous!

We loved our week at Hilton Head, and the property was, by far, the most updated, modern, and eye-popping beach-front home we have visited for a family beach vacation. Truly outstanding - hard to choose just one aspect, but the view was one-of-a-kind.

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful and accommodating and the view was amazing. We had plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The open floor concept made it easy for our crew of 10 to be able to easily be together to eat, play games and watch TV. The basement full of games and the basketball court were really great for the teens and adults alike. Getting to and from the beach was easy. I would recommend this house to anyone.
