One bedroom, one bath downstairs unit that is well organized, uncluttered and very welcoming.

King size bed and a sleeper sofa in living room area.

Tv in living room and in master bedroom.

Washer and dryer in the unit.

Full size refrigerator and all the equipment you need to create meals during your visit.

Complex is sitting on 16 acres in desirable south end of the island. An easy walk to the village restaurants, shops, ball fields, county playgrounds, fishing pier and lighthouse.

There are two pools, two tennis courts, stocked lake, small fitness center and playground.
