Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is in a very sweet and nice part of town. The home is technically located in new castle county so guests can experience less restrictions while in the county, but enjoy close proximity to the city of Wilmington. There are plenty of parks within walking distance, and many more within a few minute drive from the house. The neighbors are friendly and also know how to mind their business too.
What makes this property unique
Our home is tastefully designed to make guest feel like they are staying in a 5 star hotel but with 2000 square feet of living space. We also host a functional wood burning fireplace, and have a fully fenced in yard for your enjoyment. Our home is a retreat for well behaved pets and is extremely spacious for families with young kids.
