Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Seacoast Suites pros and cons:-Pros:Staff - the people are very nice and helpful. Place is spacious with ample storage space. Closeness to the beach. Some food options on site. The gym was more than adequate. There is a small convenience store on the first floor. There is a great walking/running/biking path at the back of the property. Pool lounge area is nice. Clean//Cons: Things that were not provided:Dish or dishwasher detergent, dish towel, oven mitt, no paper towels or facial tissue, no bath size soap. No stopper for the kitchen sink. Kitchen had the bare minimum regarding utensils etc. Ice-maker did not work. Room service and clean towels are by request. -It’s clear they are trying to keep their expenses down and the customer experience is diminished by this. The place has potential but while I would love to return to this area, I would not stay at Seacoast Suites. My stay was still very pleasant and I would give it a 6.5 out of ten.
