This lovely spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is great for the business person. Located in the heart of North Sydney, transport is always near, as well as Cafe's, supermarkets and the CBD. It offers all the necessities including a security car space, air conditioning, TV, DVD and a fully equipped internal laundry.
The property features a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe plus ensuite and air conditioning in every room,The building also offers a full-size gym and Pool to make your stay even more comfortable.
Please note dishwasher is not operational

Nice size

Found the layout of the apt and two bed two bath very convenient for our needs. Close to transit and easy walk to train and busses. Not a lot of choices for dinner spots close by - but transit assisted.

Problems!

I have rented over 20 units from VRBO and have never had such a bad experience. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train, bus and lots of shopping. However I would not recommend this to anyone. First, to obtain the key you must travel to a different location which was not accessible on public transport, quite difficult for an international traveler. Second, the apartment was very dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky, there was mold in the shower, globs of dust in the vents and it seemed that all the floors were swept but not mopped. The WiFi did not work and , since I was relying on that for my phone to work I had to use international roaming. The lack of WiFi also meant no internet access and no TV. The managing company is not open on the weekend leaving no way to communicate with them, no emergency contact. I began this rental on Thursday and still had no interest on Tuesday. I had to find other accommodations, although I did find a helpful staff member, I never received an apology and was given only a small refund. I will continue to use VRBO, but with much more caution.
