May 2015 Stay

Our stay at Fair Dinkum was perfect! The 7 of us enjoyed a week of beach, bikes, and bar-b-que. My family loves Gulf Trace and this house was a great fit for our adult children. The only problem we had was with a broken bicycle lock, and 360 Blue was there to fix it within 30 minutes! We have been vacationing in houses at the beach for 25 years and this house was one of the best!

Fair Dinkum

We enjoyed Fair Dinkum . We did have issues with the oven and the one toilet. The bikes weren't too satisfactory but overall it was a pleasant week.

Outstanding property.

We love golf trace and they stay there for more than 20 years. This house allowed every family member to have their own bedroom and bath, which was great. We will plan to stay there again.

Great house in quiet community

We had three families and 6 teenage boys visiting for spring break. It was the perfect spot! The boys could bike (3 miles to Seaside) to the craziness and the parents could relax on a quiet, private beach. The home is in great condition and very well appointed. The boys loved the outdoor space that included a nice ping pong table, basketball hoop, and pool. We had the pool heated because the weather was still cool, and it was totally worth it. Also, love the location. It was about a 10-minute walk on the beach to Red Bar. Easy bike rides to shops/restaurants at Grayton Beach or Blue Mountain. Never have to get stuck in the traffic around Seaside if you don't choose to. Recommend this house for just about any occasion.

Family vacation

The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and love Gulf Trace. The only thing to be aware of if you have any short people or older people in your group, the beds in the house are very high. There was only one bed in the house that I could get in.

Great house and vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and stay in this house very close proximity to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. The amenities at the house were amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking every meal.

2 min walk to the beach

This house is so perfect for a large group, we had 8 and we loved it. Great pool and walk to the most gorgeous beach. The house has powerful AC and great showers including an outdoor one! Love the kitchen (well equiped) and very comfortable beds and linens!!

Awesome location and home

We've been waiting to stay in Gulf Trace for a while and get out of the noise from Santa Rosa and Gulf Place. The location was awesome, no fighting or rushing to the beach to get a spot, etc. house was wonderful and great to have the 3 teenage boys downstairs:-) Gave 3 stars on comms which is specific to VRBO where we booked. Never received a response to any questions. Responses only came once we went straight to 360Blue. Only enhancement that would have been nice would have been the option to heat the pool. Thanks!

Everything was perfect except for the pool. Alga was heavy in the pool first 3 days, so we were not able to use. Came and added chemicals and by Wednesday afternoon were able to use.

Beautiful Home With Great Location

This home was beautifully re-decorated with everything you would need for a large gathering! The living area was perfection! Everyone had their own bathroom and private space with their bedrooms. The house was nicely situated among trees which helped to keep the house and the screened in porch cool. The porch also had a table big enough for 10! The house is also only an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. It is perfect! A couple of VERY MINOR areas of opportunity. In July of '21 the property directly next door and across the street were building new houses. Power tools began at 7:30am and went all day long. We weren't made aware of this. Not a huge deal, but if you have little ones, be prepared. This property is managed by a company, if you have a question about it, don't send a message via VRBO, they just reply with a general message. The house sleeps 14, but they only had 10 forks, the management company quickly brought us more forks when we called. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great Family Place

The property was as described and pictured. And my family had a great time - there were 10 in our party. The pool is fairly small - but met our needs. Bedrooms were comfortable. Linens were provided and plentiful. The biggest issue we had all week was the ice maker. It was very slow. So we simply bought ice to use.

Just finished a great family vacation. The house was perfect for my family. With 6 young kids we ate in most nights. My only complaint is with the kitchen utensils. We only had 14 forks so we were constantly washing silverware. There was no colander to drain pasta. No pot holders. Ice maker was very slow. Other than kitchen issues our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Had a great time on our yearly Fall Break vacation. Really loved the spacious screened-in porch which allowed the 10 of us to enjoy nightly meals together. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood. We will be staying in Gulf Trace again. Thank you 360 Blue for an enjoyable week!

This home was awsome! Fun pool, huge screened porch, great area to grill and play ping pong. Walk to beach was no problem. Invest in a beach wagon and take it all down at once. Kids and adults enjoyed bikes. Our group of 14 were so happy with everything.
