Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

The golf cart should be left in the garage, plugged in to ensure a full charge for the next guest, the garage door opener in the golf cart and the key left in the ignition in the off position.
Report any damaged or missing items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pet Policy: Dogs only (≤40 lbs, fee covers one; extra dogs need approval/fee). NO CATS due to allergies. P/U waste. No dogs on furniture w/o covers.
Golf Cart Waiver: Use cart safely. Drivers 25+ with valid license only. Max 4 seated. You’re liable for damage. Keep keys secure. No minors driving.

We have rented a lot of homes and this ranked at the top. Very clean, in great condition, well stocked and organized with everything labeled. Owner was very responsive and thought of everything you could need! We couldn’t recommend any improvements. Highly recommend this house!!

The host is amazing. The house is new, the furniture is new and has everything you need. The golf cart is perfect for going to the town centers. The house is so close to Eastport town center. Loved everything about it. Only one thing I would suggest is to have a variety of pillows. They were too overstuffed to sleep on comfortably. It hurt our neck.
