Exquisite Cottage Near Historic Savannah and Tybee

Morgan Estates welcomes you to our elegant cottage home located approximately 10-minute drive to the historic downtown Savannah and approximately 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Our home includes many amenities and it is close to shopping and restaurants such as Target, Crossroads Shopping Center, Whole Foods, IHOP, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Papa Johns, Arby's, Chiriya's Thai just to name a few. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:
- Parking in front driveway (2 cars) or rear driveway (3 cars).
- Washer and dryer including detergent.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes.
- Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided.
- Spacious fenced backyard with patio for lounging or having dinner.

Nice place

Exactly what we needed for a business trip. Clean and up to great standards. Only heard 1 argument fight outside in the middle of night during our week stay. Nothing too alarming, they had a bunch of beach equipment if we were to head that way which was nice of them.

Nice home

The home was nice and clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was a little weak but it was overall a nice home. The communication before with the owner was great and he responded in a timely manner. This is a nice home in a great location. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

Holiday Stay

We had a lovely time staying at this jewel of a home in Thunderbolt for this Christmas holiday. My husband enjoyed the tv accessibility and plethora of show options! The best part, was being able to be close in proximity to our family that lives here. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to be in the area again for an extended visit.

Relaxing Cottage

Mom and daughter get a way

For an all girls trip the neighborhood is up and coming. The couches are so uncomfortable to sit on. All the mattress need to be replaced. The drive downtown and to the outlets was not bad.

A wonderful stay for our Savannah Adventure!

Really loved our stay. The house was wonderful and very cute. Only thing to note is that the hot tub listed is a bath tub with jets, not a jacuzzi that would be outside or anything.

Trip to celebrate my sister

The house was a lot larger than what the pictures portray. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could need for a trip. There are a bunch of stores close by and a perfect location for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Not too busy, and not too far away from downtown or the beach. I will be staying here again if I’m in Savannah.

Beautiful Home!

The home was beautiful and convenient to downtown Savannah. Check in was easy and the house was around stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The neighborhood surrounding was not what we expected but we didn’t have any issues. We would stay here again.

Clean convenient stay for family visit

Came to Savannah with husband and 2 kids to visit my sister and mom for the holidays. Very clean, spacious home, conveniently located near Skidaway and Victory. Jimmy made check in a breeze, and responded quickly when I had a question about the high tech thermostat. We had a great stay, would recommend!

Very clean and convenient place to stay

The house was very clean with everything we needed. However, the spare queen bed mattress sank in the middle and was not comfortable for the couple who slept there. And the dishwasher leaked. But we would definitely try to stay there again.

Beautiful property

House is very updated and modern. Felt like a model home! Quiet neighborhood and loved the front and back porches. Located very close to grocery, gas stations, Target, etc. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very spacious, well-appointed, and included all the amenities we could have wished for. One small issue - the beds in the two large bedrooms have mattresses are too soft and it would help if something could be done about them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay here again if we are in the area.

Great Rental Close to Downtown

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect for 4 of us. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was a short 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely rent it again.

Just Perfect

My husband and I plus our two kids (21 and 14) just got home from our 6 night stay and everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated well, plenty of room for our family, and a great distance from downtown Savannah. After long days seeing the sights we looked forward to coming to the house to relax. We would definitely recommend this home. Communication was great too! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!
