Great stay. Do wish there were better chairs at the table, enough to seat 6, Needed Matt for the tub. Very slick. Unit was so clean and close to town. Will stay again.
Had a short stay on our way to Florida. Property was perfectly accommodated with close walks or shuttle rides to park and city!

OK, older home
The home was clean but there was a musty smell in the upstairs bedroom. It got better once the air was circulating within a couple of days. Home could use some updating. Overall, not a bad place to stay, especially to be close to all of the activities in Savannah.
They stay was fantasic and close to everything. It was so quaint and beautiful!
Only negative was the amount of stairs a handicap access would be great for those who need it.
We had a great time in Savannah for our annual Girls Trip. This place was great and convenient to may places that were in walking distance. If I travel to Savannah again, I would definitely look this place up for availability!
If you have a larger group, then this property is incomparable to traditional hotel options. Being able to stay together in a beautiful space with all the conveniences of home literally steps away from Forsyth Park and all that Savannah is famous. With ample parking and simple as can be check-in/check-out process there is nothing to not like about your stay here.
Loved the space! 6 women that had plenty of room! Hot water held up great!! Enjoyed the spacious dining and kitchen area. Easy to Uber downtown-I am not able to walk very far due to a heart condition but certainly close enough for younger people!

Disliked: Cleanliness, location
I wish I never went here!
Closet leaking water, next door doing construction all night. My car was broken into. When i mentioned this to the host, they were first suspiciously asked for police report and did not confirmed about the refund.I felt very unsafe here
This was a cute apartment on one side of an older home. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room for sleeping. Just small living room space. The place needs a few things fixed/updated. But overall a good stay.
We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. Unit B was clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Although we did not do any cooking, the kitchen is well appointed. The host is very responsive. Only one recommendation, the unit has three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, it appears to accommodate up to 8 people. There should be more seating in the living room. We had one couch that seats 3 people.
There were 6 women on this trip and we felt safe and secure in this neighborhood. The rental was clean and exactly as listed in Vrbo. The only thing I recommend is checking the floor for nails sticking up. I stepped on 2 that need to be nailed down. Other than that the place was perfect.

Cute but small
House needs updating very bad, made to believe it was a private home but its 2 apartments. Kitchen was great. No room for group of 6. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. No blinds on windows and ac didnt work as it should for the area, parking behind house is tight and road is a disaster to drive on. Bathrooms need updating with new water fixtures and interior doors needs repaired and or updating, locks do not work correctly. Would be great vacation home if updates are done correctly and a little pride put into work.
Charming older Victorian on walkable outskirts of Victorian and Historic Districts
The property is exactly as advertised. It is the upstairs half of an older Victorian house that has been redone inside. It has everything one might need, to include a parking spot in the alley behind the house, a key consideration for us. The rate is lower than that of other "more polished" rental properties that are in the center of the historic district, in some cases a lot lower; those do not often include a parking spot. The house is close to Krogers (with a Starbucks inside) as well as another coffee/breakfast place. It is very walkable to downtown (~1 mile/15-20 min) assuming you have no health impediments. Yes, there are stairs. Again, this was not an issue for us. House has a lot of charm - old wood floors, big windows, etc., but the doors/floors creak, the bathrooms are not overly large, etc.; it is an older home. It is also on the outer edge of the Victorian district where some of the gentrification is still in-progess but most homeowners take good care of their properties. The owner made a lot of information (pamphlets, written descriptions of restaurants etc.) available about the area, which we found very helpful. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the handy use of the in-unit washer and dryer. We had a great stay.
My husband and I and our best friends stayed in the home. It was easy to get to, close enough but also far enough a way from the noise. We did learn that the next time we stay in Savannah we will stay closer to River St. The walking to Forsyth Park was GREAT! The parking was never a problem. I will say the home itself is adorable, its an older home that has a lot of character. But, what we didn't expect was another guest showing up late at night and into the morning. Trixie liked to be a little loud, it is the animal in the hood vent of oven. YES, we named it... We believe it is a squirrel but we aren't really sure. Trixie stayed all week...
When I went to take a shower the first night arriving, I noticed a dried dirty washcloth on top of the shower curtain rod.
We went to take two wine glasses out of the cabinet to have a glass of wine and there was lipstick on the glasses and the dishwasher still had the pod in it but NO dishes in the dishwasher.... At that moment we decided to hand wash every dish prior to using them. I would maybe invest in a larger TV, that TV is so small and hard to really see. The wall can most diffidently accommodate a larger tv, it looked like a computer monitor. Also, the bench seat at the table is very loose, we were scared to sit down on it.
Highlights of our trip was the Ghost Tour and the Trolley Tour!
This was absolutely perfect for myself and 4 of my gal pals for a Bachelorette Party. We loved the upstairs location, open concept, separate sleeping quarters! It was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to some places and the short jaunt to the grocery store was amazing. We were able to easily Lyft for 10 everywhere else. Savannah has so much to see and this was just a perfect and safe location for us. Thank you so much!!!
We enjoyed our stay, but the overall quality was not what we expected. The place had been renovated but it was not professional quality. Furnishings were limited as well as the way the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. The photos made it look nicer than it was. There are a lot of stairs, do take that into account if you have any troubles with stairs. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no dressers- so we lived out of our suitcases for 5 days. The location suited us well, it was close to everything we wanted to do. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were all a little tricky to operate. The experience was adequate, and a good size for 5, but accommodate 8 with the use of the pullout couch. It feels overpriced for the way the lodging turned out.
The property was easy to access. We utilized the private parking located in the back of the home and accessed on a parallel street, as the on street parking was slim and construction going on limited parking access. The neighborhood was a short drive to River st area and a cheap Uber if you want to avoid looking and paying for parking. The unit was very clean, well stocked with toiletries and all kitchen necessities. There's only a TV in the living room, which may be fine for some people but anyone like me that needs the TV on to sleep it becomes a little problematic. The only other suggestion i would have on the property is to have to add actual privacy shades to the living area windows as the sdjac
Girls weekend, not looking for bar scene so this location was perfect. Away from the noise and only 4 blocks away from Forsythe Park. We walked everywhere and did not feel the location was too far for us. Easy walk to Kroger and Dollar Tree. The house itself more than met our needs. 4 of us were comfortable especially with 2 bathrooms. If you're into TV you might not appreciate the small one in the living room but we were not there to watch TV. We visited in April and temps were generally cool, only turned heat on once. Good experience.
