Pros:The location is convenient and a definite plus. The property is close to grocery stores as well as downtown shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around without too much driving. The price point is also affordable compared to other options in the area.Cons:The main issue is that the property is marketed as sleeping six people and described as “spacious,” which is not accurate. In reality, it is best suited for three to four guests maximum. There is only enough bed space for four people, with no extra linens provided. The kitchen is similarly limited, with dishes and utensils for about four people, and seating in both the living room and dining area only accommodates four.The property is a duplex, and noise is a significant concern. There is a long shared wall, and we could clearly hear the neighboring unit’s TV at a loud volume for most of the day. Additionally, the home is located on a busy road with noticeable traffic noise. The backyard backs up to a bank, which is not mentioned in the listing and was unexpected.Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was still at the property past our check-in time. When we eventually got inside, the bathmat, blankets, and bed linens were still wet. Unfortunately, when we went to bed that first night, the linens were still damp, which is not acceptable.The house is very bare-bones in terms of amenities.
