The Host Audry was Great and Answered my messages immediately !The Property was as the pictures showed - It was clean and the Air was Cold.. The Wifi and Internet was Awesome.Anything that i needed - It was brought to me Promptly.I would definitely stay here again.

Wifi connection was horrible. It took us 3 hours to watch a hour and a half movie. Bathroom was mediocre as far as cleanliness. The water was brown in the toilet. The air conditioning was excellent! The microwave was excellent! It was very convenient as far as shopping. The outside space was cute, but it needed trimming. The communication with the host was awesome… quick responses.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Wi-Fi, the router located below the air conditioner had been unplugged during your stay, which is why the internet was not working properly. Since you mentioned our communication was excellent, I wish you had let me know so I could have fixed it right away. The brown water was a temporary city-wide issue in Yonkers after heavy rain and was not related to our property. For these reasons, I believe the low rating was unfair, as both issues could have been explained or resolved during your stay if we had been informed.
