This home has three levels, connected by an entry stairway. The entry is on the middle level, with the living and kitchen areas upstairs. The lower level has two bedrooms and access to the yard.

Bedroom 1 (Second Floor) has a King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Third Floor) has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (First Floor) has a Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
- Please note, access to Bedroom 3 is through Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 (First Floor) has a daybed that converts into a King and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3

This laid-back beach town sits 25 miles north of downtown San Diego and is actually a community within the city of Encinitas. Central shopping and restaurants allow this town to have easy access to entertainment and family-friendly sites. With great waves, it's no surprise that this town is a surfer's heaven.

Many things nearby are walkable if you’d like. If not, it’s a short couple minute drive to access coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach!

Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Cardiff by the Sea
