Some Basic Rules and Tid Bits

Be a good neighbor! The quiet hours are 10pm-7am and are strictly enforced. Failure to comply with the noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

We know it can get hot here in Arizona! Please do not put the A/C below 70 degrees as this may freeze the unit and cause issues.

This is a smoke free condo, however, you are allowed to smoke on the patio.

We are available via text or phone if any problems occur during your stay.

We report and prosecute ALL Credit Card Fraud.

Photo ID may be required before check-in. In order to be in compliance with the City of Scottsdale Ordinance 4655, Section 18-176, this property requires a sex offender background check. Additional information may be required to confirm/complete your booking.
