Welcome to this charming cottage in Highlands, North Carolina. This new property recently installed bench made, custom interiors from Hickory, North Carolina and local shops to Highlands. Rest assured from Peacock Alley linens, plush robes, memory foam mattresses, and hand picked decor you will immensely enjoy this property.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and entertaining needs. We have All Clad, USA bakeware, a KUREG, plenty of glassware, and serving ware for 2-7 people.

This luxury property just behind Mirror Lake and .5 mile past Old Edwards Half Mile Farm, featuring 2 bedrooms - 2 with king beds. Our 1 with a queen bed in law suite, separate kitchen, private deck, and personal washer/dryer duo is currently being rented by a local nurse at the Highlands Cashiers Hospital. This cottage has 3.5 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will have plenty of space to relax, including two decks. The living room with custom furnishings curated for an elevated experience features a sofa bed. This cottage provides extra comfort for those looking to unwind after a day of shopping, dining, and exploring nature. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage.

As an Atlanta native this area is a quick trip to escape the busyness of city life for the slow mornings and cooler crisp mountain air. We enjoy driving up to enjoy all that Highlands has to offer from my boys hiking outdoors or shopping and the spa for me. This town has something for everyone in your group!

Why they chose this property

The Highlands Hills neighborhood is nestled behind Mirror Lake on a winding road just past Half Mile Farm. It’s a mere minutes from Main Street downtown, the farmer’s roadside stand where we stop for boiled peanuts, and Highland Smokehouse. For additional exploration, 15 minutes north is Cashiers for the ultimate plateau access. We are very close to Highland Falls Country Club making our cottage an ideal location for overflow when families visit and need their own space to unwind.
