Welcome to your peaceful getaway in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens! Our home is the perfect retreat for quiet relaxation, family vacations, or professional stays. We warmly welcome business travelers and medical professionals visiting the nearby Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
### The Space
Step inside our recently remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home and feel right at home. The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen with stylish blue cabinets that flows into a comfortable living room, creating a perfect space for connection. There are 4 bedrooms with 1 king, 2 Queens, and two bunk beds. Additionally, there is a pull out couch to sleep 2 more if needed and another couch. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Please inquire if you have more than 8 people. It would be ok for children to have more than 8 and use the pull out couch. We have a pack and play crib too.
You'll find plenty of room to unwind, from the bright sunroom to a separate dining space for enjoying meals together. After a day of exploring, rest easy in one of the four comfortable bedrooms, which include a spacious king bed, a cozy queen bed, and a room with fun bunk beds. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also available for your use.
### Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, with the exception of a locked utility/storage room. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a digital keypad for entry. We are available to help with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay.
### The Neighborhood
Our home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a great place to relax while being close to everything South Florida has to offer.
* **Beaches:** The famous sunny beaches are just a short drive away. Singer Island and the Sailfish Marina to the South East (5.8mi). Go on a Thursday for the art show, and you have to get a Grouper Dog! They are so amazing!!! Great vibes at the Marina. Loggerhead park and the turtle program at the Marne Life Center is only a few miles north east (6.8mi).
* **For golf enthusiasts:** You'll find numerous courses all around, and the Golf Sofi Center is only 3 miles from our door.
* **Rapids Waterpark:** Less than 5 miles away. Spend a full day or more here at this fun place with slides and lazy river and more. 6566 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. The 2026 Season Kicks Off March 14.
* **Spring Training:** Baseball at Roger Dean Stadium is only 7 miles from the house. Go for 1 game, stay for a few days. 4751 Main St, Jupiter, FL 33458.
* **Dining & Shopping:** A wide variety of shops, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store are conveniently located nearby.
* **For Professionals:** The Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is only 1.7 miles away, making for an easy commute.

To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you kindly respect our house rules. Please treat our property as you would your own, or even better.
* No parties will be tolerated.
* Please be mindful of noise levels, as this is a quiet residential area.
* A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on the property at any time. Parking allowed on the street if needed only during the day. $10 a day per vehicle over the limit.
* Parking/Driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited. A charge will be applied for any damage to the lawn or sprinkler system. Minimum $75.00.
* Up to 2 house-trained pets are allowed with a fee. Please clean up after your pet. The fee does not cover extensive cleanup or damages, which will be assessed at checkout.

* **Security:** For your protection and to monitor the property, there are 4 outdoor security cameras. The locations of these cameras are disclosed in the photos.
* **Noise Monitoring:** The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices to ensure a peaceful environment. These devices only measure decibel levels and do not record audio or conversations.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please empty your trash into the green trashcan in garage. Please put cans/bottles/plastics in blue recycle bin and papers in yellow bin.
Leave used/dirty towels/linens in laundry baskets or bathtub
Please load the dishwasher and run it. Do all dishes. Turn off inside lights, tvs, fans, etc. and lock front door.
Leave the front porch light switch on (closest switch to the front door). Press and hold # key to lock the door when you leave the house and checkout.

Childhood home. It's close to shops, restaurants, beaches and the Gardens medical center. We are not too far from anything fun. This is a great family neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
It's the largest house on the block with 4 bedrooms. Renovated and like new. Concrete block home with all exterior impact resistant storm rated windows make it safer.
