Outstanding location for quick access to main highways such as Osceola Parkway, I-4, and US 192, Central Florida GreeneWay, International Drive, and World Center Dr. Which means it is just a few minutes from having fun at the amusement parks, going shopping, or enjoying delicious dishes in the best restaurants and bars of the surrounding areas.


This lavish contemporary vacation home features an ideal open floor plan in the ground floor which consists of the combination of living-dining-kitchen that faces the private pool.


On this luxury two-story townhouse guests will find comfortable accommodation for up to 13 guests.


The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed as follows: one master bedroom with KingSize bed and shared bathroom, the main master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. One of these has two TwinSize beds and the other has a Bunk with Twin over Full Size bed and an extra FullSize trundle bed. Also, there is a Washer/Dryer area on the second floor.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
