• Maximum Occupancy: 7;
• Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is room for two to three cars to park in the parking spot in front of the home. This home does not have a garage.
• Maximum 2 pets allowed; $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
• Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
