-limited private parking (first come, first served) and plenty of street parking
-5 minute drive from downtown Concord’s dining, shopping, and transit—including the local farmer`s market and Concord BART station
Please be advised that we do not allow the following:
Pets or any animals
Parties
Overnight Guests that are not listed in booking
No children left unattended at any time
Smoking/drugs, including marijuana and e-cigarettes anywhere on the premises (whether indoors or outside)
Candles
Please limit your use of the private parking at the end of the driveway to one space, and park any additional cars on the street.
Please do not flush any feminine hygiene products or wet wipes down the toilet, as this can cause plumbing backups.
