Hi there Yufang. Thank you for the nice review. I'm so sorry for the missed communication. I am looking at all messages through the system and also at my old voicemails and cannot find any message from you. I'm not sure where the message was lost, but I'm so sorry! I know it's too late to help now, but we supply cloth and paper towels. The kitchen towels and washcloths are in a drawer next to the sink. The paper towels are usually on the counter, but could also be under the sink cabinet. Sorry I couldn't help prior, but I trust that you found these items.
