Everything was clean and well stocked. Location to the beach can't be beat. Central to going between Yachats or Newport for the day. Will look forward to staying in the future.
Clean, fully equiped, and quiet as well as convient to everything . We fully recommend this place as a number one on our list . Even the very nice Lady, that cleans was so helpful and nice too. We really enjoyed our week long stay

Thank you for your kind remarks. It's always nice to hear how guests enjoy their stays.
Small and very cozy, very well setup. Nice shower and furniture. Nice and quiet at night. Enjoyed just standing and sitting on the balcony in the earlier evening. Highly recommend

Thank you for your kind remarks and feedback. Success is happy guests.
Comfortable place in a good location. Could use some upgrades.
Good location fairly close to all the golf course. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only 5 minute drive to downtown Waldport. Had all the convenience we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Could use a refresh of rugs and living room furniture and the stair railing’s could be sanded and painted. Otherwise good.
The place was small but fantastic, the location was incredible (such a short walk from the beach!) and we overall really loved this spot. We were however very disappointed that partway through our stay, very loud construction took place on the outside of the building from 8am-5pm. The owner informed us during our stay, not prior. This occurred during 2 days of our stay.
Even without an ocean view it was exactly what we needed, a base location that was comfortable and convenient. Not use to having so many rugs all over the floors. Bed was very comfortable, all round a good place to stay for extended amounts of time. I would recommend fewer knives and a few sharp ones that are actually sharp or a hone to sharpen them.
It was an older but nice building very near the beach on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It had about everything you could need for a 1-2 week stay or even longer. It is close to the Coast highway so it was noisy at times, especially during the day. We would stay there again but would much rather have a first floor unit
Great weekend! Nice unit, close to amenities and easily accessible from highway. Unit was clean and fully stocked with a full kitchen. Suggestion larger coffeemaker and coffee cups. Linens and towels provided. Thank you we will be back!

Thank you for your kind remarks. It is always great to hear that guests enjoyed their stays.
This was a 25th wedding anniversary for my husband and I. It was a perfect size for the two of us. The beach is within walking distance. We were able to get to locations quickly. Newport was only 15 mins away. The best part is the beach is semi private which gave us the quietness and seclusion we were lokong for. We will definitely go back to this location

Thank you for your kind remarks. I am happy that you enjoyed your anniversary.
We were looking for something more comfortable than a motel, and this place delivered! It was cozy, clean, and conveniently located. It's a great value for the price!
I think I would choose a downstairs unit next time. The hot sun beating down on the side of the structure in the late afternoons made the unit a bit too hot for my liking. And, I don't know what you can do about dirty wall-to-wall carpeting in a beach rental - it is a challenge, I am sure.

There was a heat wave during this guest's stay. People don't want to shut the shades on beautiful sunny days. And with so many windows facing west, it is difficult to not have sun coming in during sundown. On an unusually hot summer day, it probably would have been best to open windows on both ends of the house and let some cool air in.
No mention was made about the carpet needing cleaned until after the guests stayed two weeks and checked out. Housekeeping has been informed about the situation.
