The living room offers a quaint space with a cozy sofa bed and oversized lounge chair for relaxation.

Nespresso Coffee Bar to include: Assorted Flavor Pods, Assorted Syrups, Creamer.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, toaster, utensils, dishes, children’s dishes, dinner glasses, bar glasses, and bar accessories. Basic assorted spices are provided. Outdoor propane grill.

Deck off living room for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Private Hot Tub in the fenced custom back yard. All pavers, no grass, oversized off set umbrella for shade and maximum privacy in the hot tub. Adirondack chairs and fire pit in the breezeway to enjoy your evenings. Full size washer and dryer available at the unit located in the breezeway downstairs.

Beach gear provided: Wagon, Umbrella, Beach Chairs, assorted Sand Toys such as Buckets, Shovels, Rakes, Sand Molds. Rolling cooler. Beach towels.
