The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used linens: No need to strip the beds. Please leave used beds unmade so housekeeping can assess linens and refresh those that were slept in.
Trash: Please take trash to the bins along the side of the house next to the front porch and secure lids with straps to keep critters out.
Grill: If used, please clean before departure. Dishes: Wash, dry, and return to cabinets if time allows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or near open windows or doors. A $2,000 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is found.
Windows must remain closed when heat or A/C is on. $250 fee for excess utility use or HVAC misuse.
🚫 Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”). Dispose in trash only to prevent costly plumbing clogs.

This is the best house we have stayed at in Pittsburgh and we rent a lot of houses. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The location was close to grocery’s stores and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in our stay. We will be back!
