For the adventurous, the Saratoga Casino and Harness Track, which also features great live entertainment at Vapor Night Club, is less than a mile away. The Saratoga State Park and Saratoga Performing Arts Center is a leisurely 20 minute walk from the house.

We fell in love with this home the moment we walked in the front door. We always wanted to live in Saratoga Springs, and the location of this home is just perfect with easy walking distance to the Track and downtown.
What makes this property unique
150 year old house with all new plumbing and electricity, and custom kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing stonework throughout, inside and out, including a stunning finished basement. Beautifully landscaped, private backyard. Directly across the street from landmark 5 Points Deli and Market.
