Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
VRBO should stop being connected with these hotels. The hotel was old and dirty, cleaning services were only available upon request, so if you failed to stop by the front desk every morning to request service you were doomed and this was because the phone in the room was out of service too. The front desk person was disrespectful, obviously needing customer service training. Our stay was not a good experience.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Decently clean and comfortable for the price but the hallways smell so musty and stale. Towels very thin and shower drain very slow leaving you standing in water after every shower. Would be nice to have had a small fridge and microwave in the room. Busy corner but walkable to a lit of good restaurants and cafes. Staff very pleasant and helpful, beds and pillows comfortable. Nice having coffee in the lobby with cream and sugar available.
