Not as advertised, and rate was more than 3 times the normal nightly rate because it was graduation week.No amenities, rusted, old fridge, no closet or hanging rack for clothes in lower level, supposed pet area was mud, gate didn't lock/close, grass in the ground., parking area was ant infested, no kitchen amenities such as serving bowls, toilet seats we're loose/broken. Owner needs to do a serious review of this property. And "historic" Bryan, means sketchy area.
