I stayed here for three nights with my elderly parents and older brother and the apartment was very clean, organized and spacious with beautiful views of city center from a higher floor, quiet, and very comfy beds. 10 out of 10.

We booked this for our construction crew who were completing some work in the area. This is a sketchy neighborhood / location. The crew refused to stay there.

INACCURATE & DISGUSTING. The listing states that a Queen bed is in the living room. There is NO bed in there. I messaged the host and was told that it's actually an air mattress. When looking for it in the closets as instructed, I found a PILE OF DIRTY LAUNDRY, one of which appeared to be a towel WITH BLOOD ON IT. Our beds had dirt and hair in the sheets. No soap in the bathrooms. Neighborhood is VERY SKETCHY. We left after 30 minutes. Tried to get a refund and host never responded. ZERO STARS.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the laundry items that were inadvertently left visible by our cleaning team. As soon as this issue was brought to our attention, we addressed it directly with our cleaners, and it has not occurred again. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, we promptly clarified that the additional sleeping accommodation was an air mattress. We take cleanliness very seriously and strive to ensure every guest arrives to a properly prepared home. While we understand this guest chose to depart shortly after arrival, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right. We appreciate the feedback and have used it to further improve our processes for future guests.

Very bad experience. The main door to the building did not lock. All the windows were unlocked. One window would not lock, making it a major safety issue. The lower level had a sewage smell, where two bedrooms are located. I contacted the host, and she was not able to fix the safety concerns that night. We were not able to stay at the house due to the window not locking. The neighborhood was unsafe, and the property needed to be able to be secured. I spoke with VRBO and the host, but I was not given a refund.

Asha b4 checkin her team had to come fix a hole and door due to the last stay. She offered a 100 credit for our inconvenience. Prior to booking in Jan/Feb, there was only 1 review - a good one. Normally I wouldn’t book with so few but.. A few weeks prior to our arrival, I checked again to HORRID reviews. Because there was a big festival in the city, I couldn’t find nothing that would accommodate our 8 so I kept the booking. We arrived at 9:15pm..We came into the space missing listed and standard accommodations. As a prior reviewer stated, there was a queen bed in the living room, instead of there being a queen bed, there was a blowup mattress. For us - there was neither a queen bed nor a blowup mattress. I called Asha, she then told me she’d have one delivered by 11pm. I told her we’d been traveling all day and this was unacceptable. I contacted Vrbo, they called her on 3-way to see what she wanted to do. The offer was either give a total refund and find another place or partial and stay. Now it’s 10pm. As stated, there was a huge festival in the area that weekend so there was no place available or was very expensive. We chose to stay.. During our stay, we discovered there weren’t enough washcloths and towels to accommodate our party. 4 rolls of tissue and a broken ironing board. One full-length mirror, no shower caddies, hooks to hang washcloths. She did ordered everything, except the ironing board. OH… I have yet to receive my partial refund or the 100 credit.
