Met our needs for a place to stay. Was a large place with lots of separate spaces. Could use a few more amenities to help travelers...hand towels, silverware to serve number of people it states rental can accommodate, porch light left on for later check ins, updated TV instructions, and information about checking out if any requirements. Neighbors were noisy one of the two nights we stayed but not owner's fault. We loved that we were a two minute drive from our reunion!

The property was great for our dogs with fenced in yard. it also had a large TV and plenty of dining room tables and chairs for me and my grandbabies to play old naid and other games. was very happy with the place, very clean.

Clean interior and responsive host. A small issue with checking in but it was resolved quickly. Creative bedrooms to reach the maximum accommodations for our party. Beds were just OK and not overly comfortable but they worked out fine. The price was excellent and the property matched the value. We wanted clean and convenient to our wedding weekend at 1885 and this property was perfect. Kitchen could have used a few more pans and cooking utensils but was functional. We would stay there again.

Be sure to bring hygiene products to shower with, everything else needed in the bathroom provided. Kitchen had very old items except the gas oven was new. If you want to use your coffee pods bring the pot too. There are 2 fridges for large parties. Plenty of space for everyone as mentioned in the ad. Owner tried to get me to pay extra fees for my 2nd small dog (a service animal at that) but I stood my ground with pictures to prove everything was included. Small hole in fence was enough for my service animal to get out and explore this morning before we left. So if you have a small dog be careful to watch them closely. Did not use the washer and dryer as the dryer had some sort of error code and we did not have detergent and dryer sheets with us. So be sure to bring laundry supplies as well. Love the town. Highly recommend Smileys for fresh made amazing Italian. If you need groceries go to Beulers you won't regret it. And be sure to log out of all apps on the TV before you leave! Overall it was great for our little group of 3 and 2 small dogs. We were in town for a dog show in Atwater and Amish food in Walnut Creek so it was a great middle ground. Well worth the price and space.
